Lock the 29th March in your calendar now for a full day of rugby action at Townson Oval. Hunter Wildfires vs 2024 Grand Finalists - Merewether Carlton and Maitland Rugby Clubs, as well as Hunter Wildfires Women vs Sydney Uni Women.

The Green Room will be open as well as our canteen, BBQ and beer tents set up around the place. Our friends from Budgy Smuggler will be there with a pop up shop as well as some fun games and prizes.

• Free beer on sign-up
• A free beer every week when you come into the pub to submit your tips

Beer options include Tooheys New & Old, XXXX Gold, Great Northern, and Stone & Wood Green Coast Crisp lager.

Merewether Carlton Rugby Club AGM - 16th February 2025

Merewether Carlton Rugby Club is looking for nominations to join our Board for the 2025 season.

Positions vacant for nomination include:
▪️ President
▪️ Secretary
▪️ Treasurer and,
▪️ 3 Ordinary Board positions.

Note that the Constitution allows for 5 Ordinary Board members, please note Alicia Frost and Michael Edwards hold a 2 year term under the current constitution and do not need to stand for re-election for 2025

This is a very rewarding opportunity for anyone who loves the club and would like to be involved in helping shape our future.

We've set the date of the AGM for 4pm on the 16th of February 2025 in the Green Room, nominations will close on Sunday 9th of February at 5pm.
