The Green Room Function space can be customised to your needs. Below are some common base layouts to help feed your imagination. The furniture we have available includes 15 trundle tables (900x1800mm), 10 Cocktail style tables (700x700mm), 110 low chairs, 50 cocktail chairs.

Cocktail

The Cocktail setting is perfect for parties (21sts, 40ths, engagement parties etc) with 10 cocktail style tables (high tables), we can tailor the room for your next event. Seating a minimum 40 people with plenty of spare space for up to 180 standing patrons. Additional tables for catering and presents are available. Looking to get live entertainment or a DJ? Let us know and we will leave space for them and the dance floor! 

The Mixed Social Setting

This setting is ideal for an event with a mixed group of attendees for example a sports presentation. This layout facilitates all crowds. With a mix of trundle tables along our 16m of windows we can seat 60 at a low setting and cocktail tables to fill in the rest of the space giving an additional 40 seats and plenty of spare room for standing guests.

Seminar

With access to 110 chairs, and an additional 50 cocktail chairs, a lectern, microphones, Projector and advanced sound system; This layout could be perfect for your next seminar, business launch or meetings.

Training

Make use of our 3x3m projector backed by blinds to ensure easy viewing, paired wth trundle tables running adjacent with powerboards located at each, to keep your students laptops charged. Perfect for corporate training.

Team Building

Looking for a company team building day? We can setup the tables ready for group work to facilitate company learning. And make use of our beautiful Townson Oval and surrounds to engage employees in outdoor physical activities.
